Shipping

Domestic

Since we are shipping from the NY area, shipping times can vary.  Please allow 2-5 business days in the USA for UPS shipments.

We offer free shipping for direct to customer orders over $100 (free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders). Should you need rush shipping, please contact us at orders@in2green.com

International

Please note: Duties, taxes, and import fees may be applied by your local customs office or the shipping carrier upon delivery. These charges are not collected by In2Green, and we do not have visibility into what they may be ahead of time. We recommend checking with your local customs authority or carrier for more information on potential import costs specific to your country.

Returns/Exchanges

In2Green knits our products with a blend of recycled cotton, due to the nature of the yarn, you can expect a melange of hues within an existing color. 

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. In2green will accept returns of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, with the exception of sale, custom/personalized and discounted items which cannot be returned.

Please notify us at orders@in2green.com and you will receive a form so that we can email you a return authorization number.  You will be credited through the same method that you use to pay less the return shipping fees.

Care Instructions

Your throw has already been pre-washed and dried at our mill, so it won’t shrink—as long as you follow the care tips below. While it holds up well in the wash, some light pilling can happen over time, especially with cotton/poly blends or knitted textures.

To keep your throw looking its best:
• Wash solo only when needed, on a cold gentle cycle
• Dry solo on low heat, or air dry and fluff briefly in the dryer0
• Use a gentle detergent with cellulase enzymes
• Dryer balls help reduce friction and keep things soft 
• Please follow the care tag instructions on each item
