At In2Green, we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with their orders. 

Since we are shipping from the NY area, shipping times can vary.  Please allow 2-5 business days in the USA for UPS shipments. We offer free shipping for orders over $100. Should you need rush shipping, please contact us at orders@in2green.com

International Shipping subject to duties and taxes applicable on arrival.

Returns/Exchanges

In2Green knits most of our products with a blend of recycled cotton, due to the nature of the yarn, you can expect a melange of hues within an existing color. 

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. In2green will accept returns of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, with the exception of sale and discounted items which cannot be returned.

Please notify us at orders@in2green.com and you will receive a form so that we can email you a return authorization number.  You will be credited through the same method that you use to pay less the shipping fees.
