In2Green Vote Masks Donate to She Should Run
As a female-founded business, In2Green recognizes the challenges of building a business in a predominately male-dominated marketplace, and we appreciate how hard it is for women to get ahead in other fields.
That is precisely why we are so excited to donate all the profits of our Eco Vote Mask to SheShouldRun.org, is a nonpartisan nonprofit working to dramatically increase the number of women considering a run for public office.
We are hoping to help She Should Run meet their goal of realizing 250,000 women running for office by 2030. We feel strongly that supporting She Should Run will help women have a voice in politics, which will help future generations (especially if they support environmental protections!).
A little more on why we decided to make She Should Run the beneficiary of our donation from the profits of our Eco Vote Mask. SSR has a variety of programs meant to educate, inspire, and connect women from walks of life who are looking for an approachable starting place in which to explore running for office.
Seems like a perfect pairing for our Green Mask Project, the the first eco-friendly, USA made masks brought to market in March and which has donated thousands of masks to families of first responders and emergency care shelters. We hope will raise funds for SSR and encourage women to run for office.
All in2green masks are made with sustainable yarns (50% recycled cotton / 50% recycled polyester) and knit in the USA. The in2green Vote Mask was recently featured on Vogue.com.
